Formula: 1 kg = 30 egg whites.
Areas of use: Used in preparing food (e.g.
meringues, torts, etc.) Improves the structure of
fish and meat products.
De-frosting: 24 hours at +20°C, 48 hours
at +8°C. Preservation after de-frosting 3-5 days
at temperatures +2°...+4°C.
Preservation: Frozen 2 years. When cooled, 21 days from production
date at temperatures +2°...+4C°
