Areas of use: Used in preparing food (e.g.,
in baking, mayonnaise, ice-creams, salad dressings,
etc).
De-frosting: 24 hours at +20°C, 48 hours
at +8°C.
Preservation: When cooled, 21 days from production
date at temperatures +2°...+4C°
