Usage: in patés, pies, minced meat roll, egg sausage, sauces, salads, on sandwiches, herring plate, or just decoration.
Deep-frozen minced eggs, usable in a suitable quantity. No need to boil and mince.

Defrosting: defrost the frozen product at 0-4°C for 24 hours. Do not deep-freeze again.

Storage: one year below –18°C. Use within 3 days of defrosting (+4C).
