Baked waffles. A convenient and versatile product for institutional kitchens that can be easily heated and served.

Contains: Pasteurized whole egg mass, wheat flour, vegetable oil, water and salt.

Areas of use: Since the product is frozen one-by-one it is easy to use the necessary quantity.

Instructions: Heating of de-frozen product: 8 minutes in baking oven (+200°C), 5 minutes in revolving oven (+150°C), 30 seconds in microwave oven.

Heating of frozen product: 12 minutes in baking oven (+200°C), 10 minutes in revolving oven (+150°C), 30 seconds in microwave oven.

After de-frosting the product must not be frosted.

Additional information: 100 g of product contains the following average nutriotional value: energy 1420 kJ/340 kcal, proteins 9,5 g, hydrocarbons 30 g, fat 20 g, salt 0,2%, lactosis 1,4%.
